New Girl Here
Hi, all. I'm new to the Primal lifestyle. After years of dead-end diets and all that fun (not) stuff, I'm looking to get healthy and eat right. I also really want to tone up and look lean and glamorous. I currently weigh 128. My ideal weight is 125, and I usually yoyo slightly around that weight.
Anyone have tips for a girl (I'm 21) who's going Primal?
My advice...go for it! I'd advise straight "by the book" per what Mark says in PB for a few months at least, and don't get hung up on the tweaks and hacks that some people obsess over. If you exercise and stick to the diet, it will do wonders. Did for me.
