Difference between allergy/intolerance and reaction to something new?
How can you tell the difference between your body is having an allergic reaction (or is intolerant to a food) and when it is just reacting to a new food that it hasn't eaten in several years?
The reason I ask this is because after several years of raw veganism, cooked veganism and vegetarianism my body is struggling with the reintroduction of eggs, fish, goats yoghurt and cottage cheese.
I'm not sure whether to just persist with the changes and hope my body will adjust in time or whether these foods are not benefitting me. Can anyone shed some light on this please?
