Blueprint Journal-NewPilgrim
I've never been particularly good at finishing what I start, particularly around my relationship to food, but I thought I'd give this a try and I'll see if I can set a new precedent for myself. I've got a couple of intentions/goals for this journal:
- Post to this journal every day for 30 days
- Eat a pure paleo diet for 30 days straight
