I'm tip toeing into Paleo~ I did do Atkins about 15 years ago and went from 143 to 125.
It's been the only way I've ever lost weight.
I'm hoping Paleo is a better answer for me.
I am 125 ~ at 5'4"
not bad but I have belly fat problems LOL!!
My meat and fish likes are:
eggs
chicken
turkey
bacon
crab
shrimp
scallops
salmon
swordfish
and
cheese
yogurt
protein whey shakes
veggies~ most

The big problem is I have a muscular disease and am unable to exercise.
No cardio
I can lift very light weights

Open to suggestions!

Do you think I can be happy on Paleo with this list?
