I'm tip toeing into Paleo~ I did do Atkins about 15 years ago and went from 143 to 125.
It's been the only way I've ever lost weight.
I'm hoping Paleo is a better answer for me.
I am 125 ~ at 5'4"
not bad but I have belly fat problems LOL!!
My meat and fish likes are:
protein whey shakes
The big problem is I have a muscular disease and am unable to exercise.
I can lift very light weights
Open to suggestions!
Do you think I can be happy on Paleo with this list?

Sounds good, looks like you like all the yummy good foods! That, and your history with Atkins, sounds like you'll be doing great eating Paleo style. Good luck!
