    Agreed. Like I said too, the whole point was that sometimes denying our nature is a good thing, regardless of what some think of the specific example.

    It is absurd to take a guess at something you assume took place and then try to pass that assumption off as a valid point of view.

    I don't think subsisting on non-gluten grains and legumes is necessarily the worst way to live, but I would still be very concerned about the lack of bioavailable B12, protein, creatine, choline, iron, and fat.

    How is an argument an invalid point of view on the simple basis that it might be wrong? According to your logic, every argument is invalid.
