I transitioned to a Paleo diet earlier this year. Before fully going paleo I was still eating some dairy and ate carbs from tubers and roots or fruits.
Well at first I was doing great on the diet, I transitioned very slowly. My thyroid was for on e not giving me problems and I stopped taking medication for it (Hashimotos)
I was trying to gain weight and was advised to eat high carn and high fat. I did not gain weight though and eventually gave up.
Lately I have been experiencing a load of little problems and I hope to get some clues here as to why this is happening!
