I'm a night shifter so my whole body goes through hell every week when I go back to day-sleep or back to night-sleep. This gives me MASSIVE horizontal ridges, like a sideways seashell. So, I ask, is there something crazy or stressful about your weekend? Do you stay up late partying for a few days and then go back to a work week schedule? That might be all it takes.
