New member from the UK - Week 3
I'm just coming to the end of week 3 of my switch to primal. Gone are the chocolate bars, crisps, McDonalds, cereal and convenience food. In are home cooked meals!
My transition was difficult for the first few days but the cravings have passed and the cooking regime is becoming easier, the steady weightloss is a great motivator! Overall I'm feeling pretty good and I seem to be less hungry than before.
Hopefully I can keep myslef on track and get involved with the community.
