    Almond Oil

    Primal Fuel
EDIT: Sorry I meant the title to be Almond Butter!

Hi all, I have seen a few people mention this and also in primal recipes - is this something that can be substituted with 'normal' butter, as I don't know if it's sold in supermarkets here in the UK, although I have seen it online.

Is it an essential part of the primal way of eating? I've just seen it mentioned so much I thought I might be missing something.

Total newbie and finding out more about paleo at the moment, thanks

Definitely not essential. Used in many faileo recipes but is very high in O6 so should only be used infrequently

It's a substitute for Peanut butter. Not essential, but still sometimes nice!
