I never weigh myself, so I don't know the number, but I can tell you that my pants fit tight in the waist, arse, and thighs for two days. And I absolutely swear that I feel like a hinking, waddling, lumbering, elephant seal stuck on dry land.
I have a mantra that I have spouted for years... "If I eat right, I feel right. If I feel right, I exercise right. If I exercise right, I think right. If I think right, I eat right..." Phil-SC

I had a hysterectomy and now I'm in perimenopause (hot flashes every damn night) so I have no idea. Also, I quit weighing myself. I don't want to know anymore. I retain a lot more weight just drinking a single beer anyway so what difference does it make?

Anywhere from 2-5 pounds, depending on what I'm eating that week.

I ditched the scales about 5 months ago.

Used to be up to 6 lbs. But like sbhikes my weight could fluctuate by several pounds a day regardless depending on my dietary intake.

My most rapid weight loss ever was eating very strictly low-histamine and not exercising for 3 days with hormones not a factor and negligible calorific deficit if any. I lost 9 lbs. I peed a lot.
F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.

I bloat a little but don't gain. It goes away after a few days.

I guess I'm lucky in that I don't ever bloat or gain weight around TOM, but one of my very good friends does, and she actually has to have separate "period pants" because she retains so much water weight that her regular jeans and pants don't fit for a few days of the month.

Benefit of being a yoga teacher. The pants stretch. And so do the dresses/skirts that I wear over them. But yeah, my jeans are a bit more snug during the TOM.
