Day one of cutting dairy and nightshades
Hello!
So a few weeks ago I cut all grains, junk food, sugar and increased my fats A LOT. I've been doing great. I have hashimoto's thyroiditis which is an autoimmune disease so I am looking to cut nightshades and dairy to see if that helps even more.
So... can anyone give me tips, ideas for more variation of food to eat? I'm worried that I am going to get bored. Here is what my diet looks like so far:
breakfast:
2-3 eggs scrambled in butter with cheese
lunch:
Soup
or
Salmon salad made with home-made mayonaise and salsa.
Some fruit
Dinner:
organic meat (halibut, dear or salmon)
A BIG pile of veggies
I use cheese for snacks. I've been experimented with coconut milk a little.
How can I survive and not get bored without cheese?
