Woke at 7am.
At 8:30am I drank a tablespoon of coconut oil and I've been drinking water this morning.
10am, 1 cup coffee, 1/2 tsp local honey, 1 tblsp heavy whipping cream
2 eggs cooked in bacon fat, 2 pieces bacon
6pm: round steak. 4 carrots, half onion, half red bell pepper roasted in olive oil and sprinkled with feta cheese.
7:40ish - 2 squares dark chocolate, 1 tblsp coconut oil, a few almonds
hot water with apple cider vinegar.
no more food for tonight.
