Just saw this thread. Decided to give SF a try. Started at D1L1, did 40 rounds. I like the simplicity (no pun intended). I'll be using this to supplement my weightlifting. Also gives me something to do to stay active at work.

Can't seem to register at the Simplefit.org site. It keeps telling me I answered the question wrong. I assume it's referring to the Fish, Chicken or Fowl? question - to which I assume there is now wrong answer!!!! What's going on?
Very excited about this program. However one problem. I don't have anywhere in my house to put a pull-up bar. It's the strangest thing and I never noticed it until I bought one...but all of my doors are either double doors, or doors on a corner that have no room on one side for the bar to extend out from. Like the idea of using rings, but how and where do you install those?
Thanks!
Srch1
You install rings onto your pullup bar, naturally. You can install one of this type in any door frame, it just takes a bit more work and the height may be low if you're tall like me: Deluxe Doorway Chin Up Bar- Ader Sporting Goods-Fitness & Sports-Fitness Accessories-Fitness Accessories
I like the "perfect pull up bar" better but my house doesn't have suitable frames, either.
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/
Thanks! Any ideas how I register on the site!!! Keeps giving me wrong answer....
Cheapo, you there?

Sorry, what's the problem?
