Even if you start at level 1 it only takes a week to level up and you can re-assess after day 3 of your first week. If you do it in a minute you are clearly pretty good and could probably skip up to level 3 or 4!
Good luck and enjoy!

Just wanted to thank cheapo for posting about SimpleFit way back when. I started today by jumping into Day 1 / Level 3 and got through 36 sets in the 20 minutes allotted. I'm excited to use a structured program like this and look forward to tracking my progress!
Cheapo,
When do you decide to move on to the next level?
I cannot yet do pull ups.
The subs I have been doing are inverted pull ups. I jump up to the bar, hold for 2 seconds and then count to 4 for my let down. Is this sufficient enough for a substitute?
Should I try something else.
Cheapo,
What level are you on and are you still on beginner, intermediate, or advanced?
The Level 8 on Beginner Day 3 (50 pull ups, 100 push ups and 100 squats in 5 minutes or less) looks very tough.
I don't know how you do it.
This is a great simple workout that I want to try! My problem is, that I am a gym rat and love being at the gym. I love lifting weights and having short intense workouts at the gym. At this point, I'm just not willing to give that up.
Is there a rational, productive way to incorporate the simple fit into a weight training program without all together abandoning the weights. I'm sure I could figure something out, but was curious if anyone has come up with something and had success.
some how im just hearing about this. looks pretty interesting so i think ill give it a try. i like PBF but find myself slacking off on it and not doing as many reps as i should be, especially when pull ups are concerned. i think this will keep me more honest since it is a timed exercise
