Hello My name is Brenda I will give my age, weight, and my BMR and BMI could someone please figure these calculations so I know how many proteins, carbs, and fats I am allowed a day. I am disabled and sit a lot of the time and sew. I love quilting.
I am 60 years young
I weigh 279 lbs
5'4" short big momma
my body fat calculated 25.52
my fat weight is 57.4
my lean weight is 167.6
My waist is 54 inches
Please can someone help me. I have the Primal Blueprint book and cannot figure this stuff out.
