i seem to have the eating part well under way. but i feel a real need to look at some life changes. can you maybe do a little bit about some small changes i can make? im up for the big changes but im feeling that it will be the small ones that will make the big difference.

Do you know how to write SMART goals? I never used to break my thoughts down this concretely before, but I think it makes sense to build a road map. Creating S.M.A.R.T. Goals
What are your passions? What makes you happy? If money wasn't an issue, what work would you choose to do? If money is an issue, can you take the type of work you feel passion for and make it a hobby or a volunteer job? Do they have "Meetup" in your area where you could meet other people who do the things you enjoy doing so you'd make new friends to do that activity with? Make a bucket list...and then do it BEFORE you're dying. Then make another.
Life is short. If you're not happy now, then do the things that make you happy as often as you can.
