She worked out for herself, that it wasn't right for her at this stage.

All I've been posting about is the stressful effects of prolonged low carb dieting on the system as a whole

Zach's advice was legitimate, given that this person does not suffer from obesity and does extensive exercising. You irresponsibly mention that you do crossfit in ketosis(not mentioning at what intensity), and claim that it's entirely healthy practice to do so because you did it and felt fine.

OP clearly isn't feeling fine as they're asking how to combat carb flu.

I said it was my experience, never said she had to do what I did.
I don't do CF now, but yes it was high intensity, as Zach already asked me in that other thread it was mentioned it.
And all these links, is this YOUR experience too?

Right, but you are happy to post links, but you don't know yourself that its not right for you?
    I see.
Well surely my experience counts for more than endless links.

No, the reason I am so adamant against low carb dieting is partial to my own experience. I've posted about it on here before. I suffered some of the worst symptoms ever, which suggested that I was highly insulin sensitive to begin with, and genuinely felt like I was dying. In this regard, I suppose I do have an agenda.

Some of my symptoms included: horrible body odor, discoloration of hair, telogen effluvium, loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, insomnia, brain fog, irritability, depression, paranoia, horrible complexion of the skin, horrible digestion, stomach cramps, dizziness, etc etc

No, this is isn't an exaggeration. I felt far better eating CW than I did paleo low carb.

You just said you didn't do an experiment? Which is it?
OK well I am sorry you got those symptoms, but glad you were able to find something that worked for you.

I guess then its why I am happy to tell people of my experience, because it CAN be right for some people.
So maybe you could post more of your experience when people ask questions, instead of shit loads of links. Maybe then when they see the different experiences they can then decide for themselves if it will be something they are willing to try?

    Nah, I meant I wasn't a lab experiment haha

What works for me is just simply not overly restricting macronutrients depending on how I feel. There are days when I load up on fat, protein, etc. I find that I feel best most of the time on a heavy carb diet, because I'm on my feet a lot and I do a lot of mental exercising.

I do use ketones though through coconut oil.

I know that when I am confused about something, I want to read real life experiences, not tons of links with lots of info.
    Thats all im saying.
