Im a big proponent of protein powder. I use it twice a day (once in a morning shake, another at night after a workout). I also have a sweet tooth. Wondering if anyone has a PB recipes for a cookie made with chocolate protein powder which minimizes the amount of sugar and carbs in the ingredients. Is this even possible? Could I use almond flour? Thanks for any suggestions

I substituted with almond flour and almond butter but you could use any nut butter you'd like. I replaced the splenda with stevia. IMO, I think they would taste even better with a little salt added to the base.
