Skiing & the Primal Blueprint Diet
Hello, I'm new here and I'm curious to see if there is anyone who follows the primal blueprint and also goes skiing / snowboarding too. Has adhering to the PB helped your skiing/boarding outings at all? What about fitness wise.. is there anything you've done that you've noticed has helped your skiing / boarding abilities? Also, I live in the New York City metro area and go to the Poconos or Catskills for day trips. If there is anyone who lives in the area and goes there definitely let me know, as most of my buddies back home don't go.
Only thing I noticed was not getting hungry despite skiing for 5+ hours
