I'm interested in making kimchi. Anyone got a good recipe? Or have any tips or tricks?

I don't have the recipe any more, but I really like the kimchi that I made following the recipe in "Wild Ferment" by Sandor Katz. There are lots of great recipes and tips in that book. My library carried it.
