KB Snatch 70lbs: 5,5,5
Double 53lbs KB Swings: 5,5,5 (first time doing this and will continue)
Waiter walks KB 53lb: 60ft x 3
This was more of an upper body day for me. My set up is out on my porch so got to enjoy some sun as it was 55 degrees so only shorts for me and if faces west so I get to check out Denver view of the mountains!
