    Question for mark sisson regarding genetic expression.

    Primal Fuel
    You often talk about diet and genetic expression but I'm not finding any research. Can you do a blog post on meat/seafood intake and the benefits towards epigenetic expression as you've expressed in your videos? Can you also get into the juicy details and reference your work?
