I noticed while reading Mark Sisson's newest book, the Primal Connection, that he assumes his reader is a parent or, generally, "not young."

I'm 21, and I'm sure there's other people my age or younger out there rocking the Paleo/Primal lifestyle. I want this group to be a place for us to connect and share -- specifically amongst a younger crowd.
