Hey Guys!

So i've been training and eating clean for a while now. No grains, dairy, or legumes. Lifting about 4-5x a week.

I've set a goal to lose 5 lbs, so I follow a pretty strict diet and exercise program. Im 5'10 about 10%bf.

My macros look like this

Protein: 175g
Fat: 100g
Carbs: 50-100g


Everyday I eat: Kale, broccoli, spinach, with chicken, turkey, or salmon. Add about 3 tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil.

I eat this meal 2x a day along with a protein shake post work out.

Should I change up my diet at all? Is it bad that I get all my carbs from green veggies? not enough carbs? too much fat? any help please.
