Today has been a really good day! Managed to get quite of bit of stuff organised around the house. I also got my butt on the treadmill for 30 minutes,did some weights ( for my biceps) and so far have done 2 planks first one for 1:03 sec. and the second one 1:05 sec. woo hoo!!!! So far today my food has been:
Breakfast: Protein shake with coconut milk
Lunch: shrimp,mushrooms, kale,swiss chard and spinach sauteed with coconut oil
Supper is in the oven: Spicy paleo chicken drumsticks with steamed broccoli
The kids are having the chicken, but they are having tortellini and alfredo sauce with it (poor things).
