I just picked up a 54oz tub of organic extra virgin coconut oil at costco for $15 and found some organic grass fed beef hotdogs at meijers of all places. It's kinda funny because meijer dose not have much of an organic meat selection. All I've ever seen there are a couple chicken options.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
