I wouldn't drink orange juice unless I were starving or very dehydrated, but I ate a pound of bacon and an orange for dinner tonight. I often get big slabs of pure fat in my ends and pieces bacon, and they taste best fried on the outside for firmer texture - but they're delicious. I also like to pepper them and use turmeric, other herbs for variety, but they're good plain, too!
Yes, orange juice tastes good, but I'd rather eat an orange and some bacon than spike my blood sugar like that!

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
