I've been doing Paleo since 2010, and love the primal lifestyle. I've been barefooting my whole life! Focusing on all the primal elements of wellbeing are helping me overcome chronic tendonitis, which I've suffered from for 6 years. I'm motivated less by personal reasons as I'm fairly healthy at this point, and more by what the primal community can do to end the obesity/metabolic syndrome epidemic and create sustainable food systems.
My main interests lie less in biology and more in psychology & behavior. How do we actually get people to make positive changes? How do we do it on a large scale? I think we have the power to do some incredible things here, and I look forward to getting to know you.
