I like it in the form of chicken soup the best, but you probably already though of that one
I love it for breakfast heated up with some frozen cubed sweet potatoes or broccoli in it. You can freeze the broth in cubes and then just toss it in with any meat or veggie preparation you like.
When it is really good, well made stock, I can just drink it straight from a mug with a little salt added as Ayla suggested.
