Too much sleep?
Is there such a thing? I can't seem to find a definitive answer to that question and thought I'd see what my PB peeps thought. I just realized I'm getting nearly 12 hours of sleep a day and think it might be why I feel so damn tired all the time. I could literally sleep all day long. I usually go to bed around 9:00 pm and wake up at 7:00 am with a one to two hour nap while the kids sleep. I just can't seem to get my energy levels to increase and this fatigue makes me so irritable!
