In the morning I had a boiled egg, 2 slices of ham and a cup of chili meat, 2 apples and 6 oz yogurt. I feel like lately I can't stop eating until everything is gone
    And it's only 1:30...

So far I've had a coconut milk/egg/strawberry/banana smoothie. Dinner will be grilled salmon with BAS (heaps of shredded cabbage, cucumbers and grape tomatoes) with some EVOO and balsamic vinegar.

I kind of had a 24 hour fast without noticing, yesterday. Sudden appointment, so no dinner.

    Black coffee!

Today I had one banana, stewed chicken with some liver, Stewed/Boiled pumpkin, one fried egg and carrots for munching.

India Spice tea with ginger and stevia.

    150g mince
    1 small carrot
    1 small onion
    50g cheddar
    50g butter
    100g greek yoghurt
    50g almond butter
    1 banana
    1 gala apple
    1 granny smith

A lot of tea, to boost fluids and one coffee to force myself awake early for an exam. Ah well...
I rarely talk to people about Paleo/Primal, but, when I do, it's when they're NOT complaining about their weight or health.

You see, I don't really "do" pity. And one thing I've learned about people is that they're more open to suggestion when they're happy and stable. When they complain they only ever want pity, not to be advised.

    That's a Bullseye! Love those.

Breakfast - the usual - coffee with hc.
Lunch - Eggs in Purgatory again.
Dinner - Salmon in dill and wasabi, roasted brussels sprouts in lots of butter. Mmm. I'm also baking sweet potatoes but those are for hubs and son.

Breakfast - coffee with coconut milk creamer

Lunch - 2 slices of chopped bacon, with shredded cabbage sauteed in the bacon rendering, and 1 left over stuffed pepper from last night's dinner.

Snack (having as we speak) - glass of Pinot Noir

Dinner - Sausage, mushroom and spinach pizza on "Against the Grain Gourmet" pizza crust - kind-of a cheat meal around here - but very delicious

Two avocados, a cup of berries, 5 free range cinnamon spice chicken legs with skin on, a cup of coconut milk.

Tomorrow I get heart, tongue, liver and suet from my local rancher!

Nothing. Still on my daily IF.

Dinner will be 1 lb of lamb sausage and a great primal omelette filled with three cups of spicy mustard greens cooked in coconut oil and seasoned with cinnamon, turmeric, and a bit of habanero powder with a side of sauerkraut.

Perhaps this Egg in the basket - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ?

I had salmon salad over coleslaw for dinner.
