This day I made two meals with:

2 cans of tuna (85 grams each),
    3 hard-boiled eggs,
    1 raw beet,
    2 bananas,
    2 apple,
    1 avocado,
    1 kiwifruit,
    2 pieces of dark chocolate,
    2 tablespoons of olive oil,
    sugarfree cup of coffee.

I don not recommend go raw for beets, though.

pre workout - raw coconut water, bone broth, beet kvass, tbsp coconut oil and <tbsp raw honey

then later, a banana, raw eggs, raw scallops and raw oysters

then later, blueberries, celery sticks, and some raw cheese

then later, a little red wine.

and later I'm gonna have some kefir and fermented cod liver oil
I never know what to put in these things. I write songs!

No offense, but that sounds like you just ate a bunch of supplements with no caloric value.

Haha none taken. It was a rather light day I will admit (the day before I had sashimi, a 14oz steak, and a nice big cut of liver, among other things of course) but I was satisfied all day and felt great. Didn't even end up drinking the kefir bc I wasn't hungry.

    Coffee black for breakfast.

Looking at this thread for lunch ideas....I'll start with a cup of bone broth, then I think a six-eight egg omelet with bacon (I see your pork threads and I ain't scurred!), new zealand aged cheddar, onions, garlic, and mushrooms, and topped with salsa. If I'm still hungry I'll grab a tin of sardines or something.

Found a way to make my dirt bread palatable without dairy (lactose intolerant). Cut a hole, crack an egg in the hole and fry it in lard. My mother calls it a goldmine sandwich, but an internet search doesn't turn up much. Now I'm not so sure what it's called.
