    Today I have had, 2 poached eggs with haggis, Salad with 150g of chicken breast, mixed fruit salad with natural greek yogurt and granola and 3 cups of coffee.

    I am new to the PB diet so it this good or bad?

    3 raw egg yolks, 2 cans of sardines, and a cup of coffee. Quicky lunch.

    Granola is questionable.. and so is knowing how many grams of chicken you ate. But otherwise just fine

    The usual breakfast of coffee and cream.

    Lunch was super super good. It was Eggs in Purgatory - eggs poached to hard-boiledness in tomato sauce, with romano cheese on top. http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/i...ached-eggs.jpg

    I'm really looking forward to it. I'm using lettuce instead of a roll, and adding two slices of bacon.

    2 oz unsweetened chocolate
    close to 1 lb broccoli roasted w/ garlic and oil
    6 oz meatloaf

    Dinner will be chicken in butter, mashed rutabaga, maybe a sweet potato?

    Avocado egg-in-a-hole (2)
    5 chicken strips from Burger King (bad, I know. hungry, out doing errands)
    Coffee, square 85% chocolate
    1/4 orange and 3 slices Annie's pizza with family, kombucha
    water with frozen blueberries for ice

    Got The Primal Blueprint from the library today.

    Okay, my eating today was a bit pathetic on the "food is beautiful" scale.

    A cup of butter coffee (just under a tablespoon of butter)
    5 oz of mozzarella
    A (bpa-free) can of sardines

    Not sure wtf is up with me, but I just don't feel like eating "real" food. I defrost meat to make a real meal, then eat snack food instead. But at least it's primal.

    Four pieces of that nasty sprouted whole grain bread with butter and cinnamon sugar for breakfast (total nostalgia), two sweet potatoes and a gluten-free cookie for lunch, and orange chicken over rice for dinner.

    Ooooohhhh, I love threads like these!

    It's early here, so I just finished the last three pieces of bacon and had a hard boiled egg. I'm currently working on cup one of my coffee with coconut milk, and daydreaming about the luscious salmon salad I'm having for lunch. It has black beans and I'm eating them. Yes, I'm a bad girl and I know it.
