So much food today! Started off with a scoop of Jay Robb in 32 oz water. Snack of deviled egg. Lunch, leftover chicken and mushrooms with a bag of shirataki noodles stir fried with veggies and 2 wedges of Laughing Cow. Snacked on cut up vegetables and an apple. Later on 1/2 cup ricotta cheese. Dinner was pot roast with yams and vegetables. 1 tsp fish oil. A little more dairy than I like, but felt good at the end of the day.
