Made chicken livers the first time ever. Didn't know if I'd like them, so I coated them in coconut flour and fried them in butter.
I still don't like them. Does anyone know if different livers from different animals taste any better/worse?
Anyway, tonight will be my "famous" center-cut pork loin with grilled peaches and bleu cheese with wilted arugula and roasted onions. Yeahh. Looking a lot more forward to THAT
