    Coffee with coconut cream; fried in butter: 2 eggs, tomato and onion, with a little avocado and salt.
    Tea with coconut cream, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Cheddar, lettuce, sauerkraut, a little more avo.
    Primal since May 2012. Loving life and down 50lbs.

    -Lindt Orange intense bar.
    -Can of tuna with curry powder and diced gherkins on cheddar rice crackers.
    -Chicken sushi.
    -4-5 (4 1/2?) scoops of protein powder with cocoa powder, raspberries and natvia.
    -Lindt chilli bar.

    Well over 3000kcal today, with at least 50% of my cals coming from chocolate. Feels goooooooooood.

    sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts, almonds..... a bout 2-3 good handfuls
    couple of homemade lacto-fermented pickles
    1 cup coffee with coconut cream

    Loving this thread, getting lots of great ideas!

    Today is sort of an IF day, due to being away from home most of the day. Had plain greek yogurt with a tsp of honey at around 11am. Will be home briefly at around 2:30 so I'll try to fit in some eggs and veggies before heading out to take the kiddos to the dentist. Maybe a couple hb eggs tonight at some point. I had a crappy eating weekend with lots of non-primal foods, so fighting some major stomach issues today (Mothers Day cupcakes are eeevil ugh).

    1/2 cup blueberries, scoop and half of primal fuel, handful of organic spinach, and coconut milk for liquid, blend and enjoy. also, one carlson's fish oil pill.

    B - three egg spinach omelet, decaf coffee with cream and honey
    L - spinach salad with roast beef chunks, cucumber, EVOO; square of dark chocolate, blueberry tea
    S - 1 oz. nuts, small apple, 1 oz. pumpkin seeds
    D - sauteed mixed veggies (mushroom, broccoli, red onion, snow peas, red bell pepper), London Broil steak, chai tea

    Steak and eggz! Sip of kombucha. Bite of sauerkraut. 1/2 pot of coffee.
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
