    B 2 eggs with tablespoon mayo
    L 3 rasher bacon on lettuce with tablespoon olive oil
    D chicken, onion curry fried in olive oil and cooked in coconut milk
    Snack -coconut milk and berry smoothie with 7g protein powder
    Snack - 22 almonds.

    Yikes, are you bulking? That's a lot of food!
    10 eggs is only around 700 calories. 2 pounds of ground beef is around 2300 calories. That's only 3000~ish calories. Just breaking even for most guys.

    Not all of us have that sort of stomach capacity... all I can think is "Ughhhhh..."

    -1 pepper
    -100g carrot greens
    All fried in butter.

    2 pieces of uncured back bacon
    24 oz of coffee with a tablespoon of honey and a 1/4 cup of heavy cream

    Got a warm spinach salad on deck for lunch.

    Now, what am I going to do about dinner...

    2 sushi roles and a smalll cup of vege/fruit juice
    2 eggs and 120g steak
    1.75cups of pineapple
    1 medium sweetpotato and about 60g salmon

    Hmm doesnt look like a lot of food, but i am working on improving my metabalosim again and hopefully improving motility and appetite.
