    Super omelet with bunch of meat and cheese and a bit of veggies.

    A NH salad. Actually quite proud of this thing. Just enough greens to make good vehicles then: can of oysters, can of tuna, egg salad, couple ounces kerrygold cheese, walnuts, almonds, garlic minced, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper........

    Yesterday: 300g beef steak, 4 fried eggs (one double-yolker!), 50ml double cream, mushrooms, a carrot, 24 grapes, 9 dates, veg stew with 120g of tuna, added oil and added chicken fat and a glass of milk.

    Breakfast: Tea. I switched it up. It dawned on me after several months of thinking I was IFing that I wasn't actually IFing if breakfast was coffee with hwc in it. Um. So now I'm drinking dandelion root tea for breakfast (thanks, knifegill!). And am actually working out in a fasted state. Not a hwc state.

    Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad with lots of anchovies. And my coffee with hwc!

    Dinner: Haven't had it yet but it's carnitas day So I'm slow cooking two giant pork shoulders, and simmering the bones for bone broth. It takes two days to make the broth and it will be turned into broccoli rabe and pork soup early next week. The whole house smells like carnitas right now....so good!

    snack - two carrots / garlic olive oil
    lunch - heading to local market with outdoor kitchen for earth day - grilled butterfly chicken breasts / coleslaw

    breakfast: eggs scrambled with coconut milk, uncured bacon, plantains fried in coconut oil
    snack: dark chocolate, heavy cream, and water
    lunch: dunno yet. Salad sounds good, but we're having salad for dinner.

    Been doing the Warrior Diet eating plan the last few days (one meal a day, then fast 24 hours). My meal today was a 4 egg beef, bacon, and cheese omelet with 8 oz of spinach, 8 oz of carrots, 2 Lindt's 90% chocolate squares, and 3 tablespoons of some homemade cashew butter.

    Woke up at 1pm (not on purpose) and had a quick protein shake (egg white protein, frozen strawberries, cacao nibs, and almond milk). Dinner is going to be a lb of ground beef with braised cabbage and an egg on top.

    sourdough grilled cheese with gouda and nutella 3x, oatmeal with nutella +5 bananas and 6 tsp sugar, pizza with jelly donut crust, 32oz skim raw milk, 32oz pressed oj, 3 egg yolks, tin of oysters, 3 red bulls, 3 monster javas(mean bean). it's hot, so drinking energy drinks for my caffeine now.
