Yesterday was insane.
-1kg sweet potatoes
-1kg ground beef in tomatoe sauce (meatballs)
-Half a block of brie cheese
-Half a carton of cottage cheese
-Other half of cottage cheese carton with two large apples and cinammon.
Ugh, totally lost my appetite for today - coupled with my now 50+ hours without sleep, I'm feeling pretty out of it.
Today I plan on:
-Tons of coffee
-Sea Salt Lindt Bar
-Bag of pork rinds or rice crackers
-Something to do with rice or potatoes with a protein. Not sure what.
...but yesterday was totally worth it
