    A few slices of thinly sliced grass-fed roast beef from the organic butcher (melts like butter in your mouth) w/ salt

    Yesterday was insane.
    -1kg sweet potatoes
    -1kg ground beef in tomatoe sauce (meatballs)
    -Half a block of brie cheese
    -Half a carton of cottage cheese
    -Passionfruit gelato
    -Other half of cottage cheese carton with two large apples and cinammon.

    Ugh, totally lost my appetite for today - coupled with my now 50+ hours without sleep, I'm feeling pretty out of it.
    Today I plan on:
    -Tons of coffee
    -Sea Salt Lindt Bar
    -Bag of pork rinds or rice crackers
    -Something to do with rice or potatoes with a protein. Not sure what.

    ...but yesterday was totally worth it

    Today I ate...

    Pan sauteed (in olive oil) mussels (big, fat ones - YUM) and squid rings.

    Wink Frozen Desserts (wheat, dairy, gluten, sugar, soy, nut free as well as VEGAN & non-GMO ice "cream") - Made with pea protein!

    Salmon, Sturgeon, Spaghetti Squash, Eel, Green Beans, Spinach & Nori Sheets.

    Kind of feeling a little munchy crunchy right now! Maybe have a little NORI snack

    4 eggs over easy in coconut oil and butter.
    Coffee with coconut milk

    Big salad. Red and green leaf lettuce, kale, carrots, sweet peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, braggs healthy vinaigrette And one link of hot Italian sausage.

    Dinner will be a 1.5 lbs flat iron steak going on the grill. Part will be breakfast tomorrow.

    Gouda potatoes. Basically scalloped with the cheese and minus the flour. This batch was with coconut milk vs dairy. About a large Yukon Gold worth.

    Malley's almond chocolate bar I bought for a fund raiser.

    My wife's expiring greens cooked in butter with seaweed added
    Small block of grass-fed cheese, 1" by 2" by 4" (never seen cheese eat, either!? Pay attention! )
    Bowl of berries
    Box of coconut milk
    Two rotten bananas, black peels and see-through in the middle. Delicious!
    Mustard, sauerkraut, horseradish
    Water

    1/2 a sweet potato fried in coconut oil, an apple, a few squares of 85% dark chocolate, a handful of cashews, a cup of green tea with lemon, and 2 big salads (spinach, boston lettuce, carrot shavings, green onion, olive oil, salt, and 1/5 an avocado in each one).

    So far omelet with bacon, sausage, onion, mushroom, green pepper, and cheese. Lots of Red Hot.

    A pound of cold boiled potatoes and a meatball. I'm doing an alternate day fast, and today is a down day. Tomorrow is feast day.

    I've been doing no breakfast, lunch of 1 baked potato (salt/pepper only), and a normal dinner.

    Today I put a splash of chili on my potato...wowzer! What a combo! Only took a splash, too, probably like 20 calories, mostly just spicy tomato sauce with a crumble of meat and like 2 kidney beans.
