This is a great (though really long lol) thread. My mom-in-law is finally giving gluten free a try (not pushing full primal just yet) and I needed some meal ideas since she says, "I don't know what to eat besides meat and cheese" lol.
always one banana first thing in morning
2 eggs with turkey bacon and coffee
chicken, bacon and tomato salad, yogurt with fruit, water
olives for a snack
turkey burger with cheese (no bun of course), sliced red peppers, strawberries, water
cold coffee smoothie with 1 banana, dark chocolate cocoa, half scoop vanilla protein
