Breakfast:2 fried eggs, 2 rashers of bacon, avocado and black coffee.
Lunch: large salad of baby spinach, chicken and tomato.
The daughter is doing dinner for us tonight she or her mother are not on this gig I am working on them but she understands, lets hope its good (healthy).
Some of you 'guys' seem to eat a lot of food not a critisism just an observation.
I had half a ribeye with carrots and squash, then for dinner meatballs in marinara with roasted carrots and broccoli. Plus an apple and a blood orange and a spoonful of chocolate ice cream that was way too sweet for me now haha.
5 sushi rolls, a mixed salad of seaweed, pickled octupus and squid and 4 dates. Not sure if it was the best combination of foods....
Breakfast is always just coffee with hc although I'm switching to coconut milk.

Not too hungry today. Had bacon and eggs for my meal. And water. Wasn't even in the mood for coffee this morning (which usually means I'll chug it down like a junky tomorrow morning).

D: Chinese stir fry garlic, ginger, mince and frozen veges with honey, soy sauce and peanut butter. Strawberries and homeblend icecream for dessert.
Nothing currently, intermittent fasting! For lunch I'll have a protein shake and some sweet potato and coleslaw. For dinner I'll have pork steak and some white rice.
