I made super delish tortilla soup for dinner. Hot tomato-ish soup, loaded with cumin and chicken and cilanto and cayenne and cilantro (I just added anything that begins with the letter C, apparently) and then avocado slices and shredded cheddar on top. It's an oh my god meal. As in, you can't stop saying Oh My God while eating it. No tortillas though. So I guess it's tortilla-less tortilla soup.
12 oz of filet mignon for dinner with a tall glass of milk.
Had some quite carnivorous urges today.
Since brunch I've had blood oranges and cuties, cacao beans, and coconut chips. It's been an "honor my cravings" kind of day.
Breakfast: poached egg, 3 turkey sausages
Lunch: chicken breast, steamed broccoli
Supper: deli chicken slices with mayo on Paleo Bread.
Drinks: coffee with half & half, iced tea, water
Snack: mixed nuts (no peanuts)
Altogether, today I had probably around 1 cup of cashews (yeah, yeah, PUFA, but they taste so good!), 3-4 squares 85% dark chocolate, an orange, an apple, a delicious salad topped with avocado slices, a slice of Ezekiel bread with salsa, a lot of tea (green, chai) with lime, and... 4 beers. Happy Sunday!
broccoli, chopped lamb, garlic and dill, scrambled together with an egg or two. Garnished with a spoonful of butter. I love it!
Today I had the following;
B: x3 Boiled Eggs with butter and some pesto, small apple
L: Left over chicken & small salad (with mustard, lemon & olive oil dressing)
D: Grilled salmon, mashed cauliflower, mushroom/onion (in butter).

Chicken nachos upon a kilogram of potatoes (mixture of white and sweet, because I ran out of sweet) with salsa, guacamole, Greek yoghurt and cheese.
Frozen bananas and berries with a whey protein "sludge" concoction (just whey and coconut water) with a drizzle of honey.
