Today is fasting day, so it will be:

    - breakfast: English breakfast tea (no sugar)
    - white tea throughout the day, to cope with the boredom of sitting at a desk staring a screen
    - lunch: nothing
    - 5:30pm: pre-workout coffee
    - 6pm-7pm: fasted workout: high intensity circuit of fundamental movements
    - dinner: Tripes "alla romana". I deserved them.

I had some Nutcase Crunch Cereal with a splash of almond milk, cinnamon, and berries. Really good.

I actually just wrote a review of Nutcase Crunch this morning, if you are not familiar. It's a paleo-friendly, gluten-free cereal. I wouldn't have it everyday, but it's definitely a nice option to have around.

    1 granny smith
    300g bacon
    200g tuszonka
    200g potato
    1 large carrot
    3 pickled shiitake mushrooms (50g)
    100g greek yoghurt
    1 banana
    50g almonds

And now I'm off for another 100g of bacon, as I need a protein boost!

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.
