    Coffee with stevia.

Got offered a bite of cake, took a bite.

Dinner was 2 fried eggs, two drumsticks, mashed pumpkin with stevia, cinnamon and a little bit of butter. Stuffed.

I made bone broth today, but I also added in two ends of a roast that I chopped up. As I was taking the solids out of the bone broth, I noticed that the beef had gone from unappealing to soft, so I separated that out and ate a pile o' beef with some mustard on top.

Cut up a sausage, added a nice big bowlful of bone broth, threw in a little nori, and simmered some more.

And a mug of espresso with half-n-half.

I took some of my new goat meat over to a friends house and we cooked it in a pressure cooker. I think I need to get one of those. It was so tender and yummy. It was just a hunk o' goat with some of my bone broth for liquid and some mushrooms and onions and bell peppers around it spiced with bay leaf, garlic and turmeric.

That was my one meal today. Before that I just had tea with a little cream.

Flourless chocolate cake, couple clementines and egg drop soup (made with bone broth) . . . I'm getting over a GI thing, so that's all I could handle. I took my fermented cod liver oil, probiotics, biotin and mutli-vitamin as well.

A crapton of fruit - I get hooked on the stuff real easy; mainly grapes, cherries and strawbs.
    Primal coconut pizza.
Dessert "Nachos" - with banana chips, Ice cream meat, strawberry salsa and almond butter guac. With rushed chocolate as cheese, of course.

except I got it at costco.com for about $25 less. I really like it a lot.

Holy shit, that's three cups short of two gallons.
