    Primal Fuel
    Two eggs scrambled in bacon grease from three pieces of bacon.....with dark leafy greens. Cinnamon sprinkled over it.
    Half cup blueberries mixed with Fage Total and French cream.

    Chicken salad sandwich makings sans bread of course. Cole slaw wit walnuts. Red bell pepper with gouda cheese.

    Shrimp & spinach salad with vinegarrette or however you spell it dressing. Two stalks of celery with almond butter.

    Sushi for lunch: Spicy tuna roll, 4 pieces of sashimi, 4 pieces of nigiri, seaweed salad, and hot/sour soup (mark whatevers not primal up to my 20% with this meal)

    Dinner: Oxtail soup with roasted veggies. Dude first time making oxtail soup....I'm HOOKED!

    MOAR Oxtail soup....this stuff is like fraking crack! I'm actually quite glad my kids won't eat soup (I know weird), and my wife doesn't like the excess fat (I know weird). Now I have like eight servings all to myself. It probably wont last through tonight though. Mmmmm.

    F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.

    Ooooh. Good idea. I think I'll defrost the oxtails for tomorrow.

    Today I have had a stick of US Wellness meats pemmican and a hunk o' cheese for lunch plus some coconut cream in my rooibos tea. Dinner is going to be roasted marrow bones. Just cuz I feel like it.
