I just started reading The Primal Blueprint and I've read a lot of post's on this blog, but it isn't clear to me yet if, or how much dairy products I should be consuming. My wife is concerned that if I cut out dairy I won't be getting enough calcium in my diet. Is this true? Before, I was eating yogurt (unsweetened) and cheese pretty much every day. How much (if any) should I be eating?
