    Gecausr, indeed.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

I agree you have to experiment.

I personally avoid 'gratuitous' dairy. So I drink black coffee now, but I will have a bit of fetta to transform a salad or use a tbspn or two of cream to make a mushroom and bacon sauce for my steak or same to make an avocado sauce for chicken. So I don't use it routinely, just enough to expand my primal cooking repertoire.

If you find that dairy isn't an issue, go for it. But as with anything, there is grocery store cheese and there is artisanal and aged cheese. There is quality yogurt and there is yogurt with so much other bs in it that it should be called yogurt-type-food-product. Try to stick with the good stuff.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

Loads of communities the world over never consume dairy and have fewer issues with osteoporosis than us Westeners do

Yes, there is a chapter about dairy in the book, browse and you will find. All nicely explained.
