The stuff I usually get has:
Pork, beef, salt, dextrose, spices, lactic acid starter culture, sodium ascorbate, natural smoke flavor, flavoring, sodium nitrite, BHA, BHT, citric acid.
I love salami also, but that list of chemicals does not look good at all. I wouldn't buy it. Get some salami that is either only smoked naturally or uncured.
Applegate farms generally makes quality deli products and smoked meats.
I get some salamis that just have a few ingredients. Trader Joes has an assortment, just read labels. There are less chemically ones out there.![]()
