    I mean there's so many ants in my eyes! And there are so many TVs, microwaves, radios... I think, I can't, I'm not 100% sure what we have here in stock.. I don't know because I can't see anything! Our prices, I hope, aren't too low!

    It's just what I remember from Jazzercise is when it came out it was exercise that was actually FUN. It was a safe and fun space for women to exercise. Women would start their own businesses as Jazzercise instructors and thus gain a measure of independence that was rare at the time, at least for middle class white women. This was in an era when women weren't even allowed to have a credit card in their own name. Scoff if you must, make fun of the fashions if you think you're so gorgeous, but look around: people walk around with their underwear showing and now we have Zumba. Things aren't as different now as you think.
