Quick and Satisfying Egg Breakfast:)
I just finished a quick scrambled egg breakfast that was awesome:
3 eggs, 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/4 feta cheese, and some scallions = WIN!
One of the things I'm really enjoying about the PB lifestyle is cooking much more 'whole/natural' food for myself and not relying on the processed junk I used to eat.
Cooking, and especially eating, is now much more satisfying on so many levels. I'm learning that I don't have to be a gourmet chef to cook simple, healthy food.
